The existing Windows code signing cert was due to expire 2020-08-23, so this replaces it with a renewed cert.
This directory contains the config file for the official element.io distribution of Element Desktop. You probably do not want to build with this config unless you're building the official element.io distribution, or you'll find your builds will replace themselves with the element.io build.
